Meet Attorney Maria Pappas-Rajotte
Maria Pappas-Rajotte is a seasoned personal injury attorney whose career spans over three decades in the legal field, marked by significant contributions to litigation, legal education, and law firm management.
She is currently a trial attorney with the Dolan Law Firm, based in Downtown Los Angeles.
Experience and Focus
Personal Injury Litigation: Maria specializes in plaintiff personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, premise liability, dog bites, and complex matters like products liability, medical malpractice, and third-party criminal liability. She has represented clients in numerous dangerous product cases, including a significant case against Amazon.
Prior to representing plaintiffs, Maria gained valuable experience working as a paralegal in civil litigation for the defense. This background provides her with a strategic advantage in understanding and anticipating defense arguments and tactics in her current cases.
Maria has contributed to legal education as an Adjunct Legal Writing Professor at former John F. Kennedy University where she focused on enhancing first year law students’ writing skills and legal analysis.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Maria worked as a Legal Assistant Manager of more than fifty legal assistants. This experience equipped her with strong organizational and case management skills as well as how to lead a team efficiently and effectively.
