Kimberly (Kim) Levy is a Managing Senior Trial Attorney in our San Francisco Office. Consistently voted a Northern California Super Lawyers Rising Star and Super Lawyer, Ms. Levy has significant civil litigation and trial experience. Her practice focuses on catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, government liability, premises liability, and medical malpractice.

A graduate of Santa Clara University School of Law, Ms. Levy started her legal career at the Northern California Innocence Project, where she investigated factual innocence claims of those convicted of serious crimes and worked to exonerate clients or confirm those convictions. Since 2011, Ms. Levy has litigated personal injury cases. Ms. Levy is a fierce and compassionate advocate for individuals and families victimized by the carelessness of others.

Ms. Levy is the President of the San Mateo County Trial Lawyers Association where she focuses on community outreach, local charity work, and ensuring access to the legal system.  Recently, Ms. Levy was selected as a 2023 Best Lawyer in America by US News.

Ms. Levy is a dedicated Mom of two wonderful children. As a Bay Area native, Ms. Levy is an avid San Francisco Giants fan.
