Breanna Martinez is an Associate Attorney at Dolan Law Firm's San Francisco office with a focus on personal injury and wrongful death cases. In her time as an attorney, Breanna has litigated hundreds of cases across a broad spectrum of areas including employment, sexual abuse, civil rights, and medical malpractice. Through her diligent work, and steadfast commitment to her clients, Breanna has assisted in securing several six and seven figure settlements. Known for her relentless advocacy and compassionate approach, Breanna is deeply committed to guiding clients through some of the most difficult times in their lives. 

Breanna's passion for justice began long before she was an attorney. As an undergraduate student at UCLA and later as a student at Loyola Law School, she dedicated herself to public interest work, interning with organizations such as The Feminist Majority Foundation, the Los Angeles LGBT Center, Neighborhood Legal Services and AIDS Project Los Angeles. During law school, Breanna served as the Vice President of the Consumer Law Society, as the President of the ACLU of Loyola Law School, and was a staff member for the International and Comparative Law Review. 

Breanna is actively involved in the legal community through her membership in bar organizations focused on advocating for justice for all. This includes the Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC), Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles (WLALA), and Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA). Breanna's achievements have also been recognized with her inclusion on the Super Lawyers Rising Star lists for 2023, 2024, and 2025.
