Join Us at the 2025 Marin Century
Mark your calendars for Saturday, August 2, 2025, and join us at the start line at Stafford Lake Park in Novato. Whether you’re a seasoned cyclist or a weekend rider looking for a challenge, the Marin Century offers five incredible route options:
- 37, 61, or 100 miles through the scenic backroads of West Marin
- 92 or 124 miles, featuring a climb up Mount Tamalpais (Mt. Tam) for the adventurous
Each route is designed to showcase Marin’s natural beauty—rolling hills, ocean views, and redwood forests paired with top-notch ride support.
Why the Marin Century Stands Out?
Organized by the Marin Cyclists Cycling Club since 1963, the Marin Century has earned a reputation for excellence, safety, and unforgettable rider experiences. Here's what sets it apart:
- Well-marked routes with ride ambassadors and SAG support
- California Highway Patrol traffic assistance for safety
- First aid, bike techs, and an ambulance stationed in remote areas
- Legendary rest stop food, and a post-ride party with:
- Live music
- A feast
- Dolan Law Firm swag booth
The Marin Century is proudly inclusive, sustainable, and deeply rooted in supporting local communities and small businesses. To date, the event has given back over $585,000 to local causes, including support for the Marin County Bicycle Coalition (MCBC).
